[EN/PL] UK 03 numbers for £15 per annum/ Brytyjskie numery 03 za £15 rocznie

PimpMyNumber - The UK Telephone Redirection Service - have started to offer the new 03 UK Wide number range. The ranges advertised on the PimpMyNumber website are:

• 0303 - Available only to public bodies and Non-Profit Companies
• 0330 - Available to any user at a cost of £15.00 per annum

Although the site does not mention any costs for the 0303 number the charges for 0330 at £15.00 seem to be an offer not to turn away from (it is the cheapest on the market - at least I couldn't find any cheaper provider).
0330 numbers are charged at caller at standard 01 and 02 rates from a BT Line and are included in BT Options as free calls. Mobile operators will also be including 03 numbers in inclusive minutes.
OfCom (UK Office of Communications) introduced these numbers specifically as an alternative to the 084X ranges since no revenue sharing is available on these ranges so therefore are cheaper to the caller.
0330 numbers can be diverted by PimpMyNumber to the following services:

• VoIP (SIP/H.323/IAX2)
• Fax2EMail
• VoiceMail2E-Mail

• 0303 – dostępny tylko dla organizacji publicznych i Non-Profit
• 0330 – dostępne dla każdego użytkownika za £15 rocznie

Strona nie wspomina o koszcie uzyskania numeru 0303, ale za numer 0330 firma pobiera £15 , co wydaję się być ofertą nie do odrzucenia (jest to najtańsza taka oferta na rynku – przynajmniej ja nie mogłem znaleźć tańszej).
Numery 0330 są ratyfikowane przez BT jak lokalne numery geograficzne 01 oraz 02 i są wliczone jako darmowe w BT Option 2 i 3. Także operatorzy komórkowi mają docelowo wliczać numery 03 do pakietu minut.
OfCom (UK Office of Communications - brytyjski regulator rynku telekomunikacyjnego, odpowiednik Urzędu Komunikacji Elektronicznej) wprowadził te numery jako alternatywę dla nadużywanych numerów 084X. Są one tańsze dla dzwoniących na nie, jako że są numerami z których dochód za terminację połączenia nie może być dzielony z właścicielem numeru.
